Wall Ball

Wall Ball has the ball held overhead in both hands, with a hijab and an orange tunic with white triangles. The throw at the top of every squat, rep after rep, until the target on the wall seems further away than it was. The figure is machine embroidered in six thread colours within a 10 × 10 cm area, at the centre of the chest of a tee, crewneck or hoodie, or on the front of a cotton tote. The face is left blank on purpose, so it can be you or the person you train with. See the rest of CrossFit or every figure in People of the Game. Made for you after you order, with free shipping.
