Overhead is the second a snatch or a jerk counts: the bar still, arms locked, feet set right under it. Stitched in gold for every morning you train for it, and for anyone who knows the last second is the hardest. The figure is machine embroidered in six thread colours within a 10 × 10 cm area, at the centre of the chest of a tee, crewneck or hoodie, or on the front of a cotton tote.
