Leg Day: the bar across the shoulders, knees out, sitting deep into the squat. The day the rest of the training week stands on, and the one many people skip, which is why it earns a figure of its own. The figure is machine embroidered in six thread colours within a 10 × 10 cm area, at the centre of the chest of a tee, crewneck or hoodie, or on the front of a cotton tote.
